Dr. Chuong Ha Hung Nguyen – Expert in STEM training and curriculum development at the International STEM Association (ISA) had a talk to share about “How Engineering and Technology help increase students’ motivation and participation in the field of STEM” on September 15, 2022 at the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City.

The event included numerous different STEM activities, helping participants enrich their understanding of science and technology.

Dr. Nguyen also introduced the STEM curriculum for secondary students, built according to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and the Computer Science Teachers Association Standards (CSTA)

The curriculum was developed by experienced teachers and experts of ISA, MangoSTEEMS, and iGroup with the aim of bringing a valuable and comprehensive STEM education curriculum to both teachers and students in Vietnam.
